Blank grip for sublimation
A pop-socket to personalize according to your desires
Grips (also called pop-sockets) are very practical because they give you a firm and secure grip for sending messages with one hand, taking photos or watching videos hands-free.
Customizable, they can take on the pattern of the phone case on which it is placed or feature a completely different design, contrasting with the visual of the smartphone case.
Composition of the pop-socket
The grip is made up of a plastic architecture and an aluminum plate dedicated to sublimation. As with phone cases, the aluminum plate must be hot pressed. It then sticks to the surface of the phone grip with adhesive.
Attaching the grip to the phone case is done with a sticker positioned on the phone grip. The grip can be removed from the case or phone without damaging it.
How to personalize sublimation grips?
• The transfer is done with a press set at 180 degrees
• Heating time: 60 seconds
• You can also heat for 50 seconds at 200 degrees. This second option consumes more electricity but is faster if you have large volumes to manufacture.
