Your DTF gang sheet, built automatically

A DTF gang sheet (also known as DTF printing by the meter) lets you print all your textile transfers in one go: left-chest logos, large back prints, names, numbers, neck labels… Our configurator places your files on 55 cm wide film and nests them according to their shape to use as little film as possible. You only pay for the length you actually use.

1. Upload your designs: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, PSD or HEIC, several files at once.
2. Set the size and quantity of each design, down to the millimeter.
3. Choose your production time: Express, Fast or Standard.
4. Add to cart: your print file goes straight to the workshop.

A fair price, calculated by the centimeter of film

The price of your DTF gang sheet depends on the amount of film used, with volume pricing: the more you print, the less each meter costs. A small per-design fee covers the preparation and checking of each file, and the price is capped: a custom gang sheet never costs more than our ready-made DTF gang sheets of the same size. The price is shown excluding VAT from the very first design, with no quote and no surprises. Minimum order: €3 excl. VAT.

Preparing your files for perfect DTF transfers

• Resolution: 300 dpi at print size for images, or a vector file (PDF, SVG, AI) for crisp edges at any size. The configurator warns you if a design may print blurry and can automatically redraw simple logos as a sharp version.
• Preview before ordering: click a design to see how it will print, on white or black fabric, before you confirm.
• Transparent background: a PNG with no background gives the best result. If your design has a white background, you choose whether to remove it, remove all the white, or keep it.
• Colors: CMYK printing with a white underbase, for vibrant colors on both light and dark fabrics.
• Cutting: as an option, each logo is cut individually to save you time when pressing.

Application and compatible fabrics

DTF transfers are applied with a heat press: 150 °C for 12 seconds at 2 bar of pressure. They work on a very wide range of fabrics, light or dark: cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, viscose and other natural fibers. Ideal for customizing t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, polo shirts, tote bags, caps, workwear or sportswear. The finish is thin and soft to the touch, with excellent wash durability.

Do you print DTF transfers the same day?

Yes. With the Express option, any order placed before 1 pm on a working day is printed and shipped the same day.

What happens if I order after 1 pm?

Your Express order is printed and shipped the next working day. The configurator always shows the exact shipping and delivery dates before you order.

What is a DTF gang sheet?

It's a transfer film on which several designs are printed together (DTF stands for Direct To Film). Each design is then cut out and applied to the fabric with a heat press.

What is the maximum size of a design?

The printable area is 55 cm wide. In length, a design can be up to several meters long, and a single order can take up several meters of film.

Can I combine several logos on the same gang sheet?

Yes. Add as many files as you like, in different sizes and quantities: they're placed automatically on the same film.

How is the price calculated?

Based on the length of film used, with volume pricing, plus a small amount per design. The price never exceeds that of our ready-made gang sheets of the same size. Fast production adds 25% and Express 50%.

What resolution do my files need?

300 dpi at print size, or a vector file. Below 150 dpi, the configurator shows a warning and suggests solutions before you order.

What happens to the white background of my logo?

The configurator detects it and lets you choose: remove the background, remove all the white, or keep the white, which will then be printed. An enlarged preview shows how it looks on white or black fabric.

How do I apply a DTF transfer?
